Specify Variation Product Prices on Configurator Templates for Magento

Linnworks requires Magento variation price increases to be specified on the Configurator itself rather than on the Configurator Template.
This means I am unable to use the same configurator for similar products I would have to create a unique configurator for each product range.
This is completely out of the question as I have thousands of products in my inventory.
Example Products:
Korda Jogging Trousers
Small = £19.99
Medium = £19.99
Large = £19.99
X Large = £22.99
XX- Large = £22.99
XXX- Large = £24.99
Guru Combat Trousers
Small = £49.99
Medium = £42.99
Large = £44.99
X Large = £46.99
XX- Large = £48.99
XXX- Large = £49.99
As it stands I would be unable to use the same configurator for the above two product ranges, because Linnworks would apply the same price increases to both. Surely it would make more sense to allow the product variation price increases to be specified on the 'Configurator Template' instead?
This way all products using the configurator can have their price increases specified individually, allowing them to be different.
With thousands of products in my inventory I would need hundreds (maybe in the thousands) of configurators, which is completely impractical.
