inaccurate process time

 You should fix the process time to only calculate from the time the customer pays for the order.Example: a customer bought an item 9+ days ago and just paid for the item yesterday so that screws up my process time.

It is not clear what exactly are you referring to from the information you've provided in your post.

Could you please elaborate a little bit on the issue so we would understand the nature of the Feature Request a little better?

Is it any particular channel you are talking about? What do you mean by the "Process time"?

 The process time in the processed orders.


The process time calculation is working as intended. Your 152082 order was downloaded into linnworks on 2/4/2017 11:35:40 AM and processed on 2/13/2017 3:06:29 PM. This takes it to +9 days for the calculated process time value. 

So just to clarify, you are asking for either a change in how this value is calculated or an additional column which will display a value calculated based upon the received payment date and the date when the order was processed.

It would make more sense for it to be calculated from the time the payment is received. When I show the stats to my investors, it looks like I have been lazy not shipping orders on time when in fact I had just received the payment the day before.


It is not possible to implement this feature as not all channels provide an accurate payment date for the order which would result in inconsistent implementation across the system
