Desktop Linnworks software keeps kicking us off.


Would you be able to tell me why we keep getting kicked off of our Desktop Linnworks application as we have paid for 4 users but can only seemingly have 2 at a time.

Hello Matthew,

I've just checked your account, and while you do indeed seem to have 4 user access on your account, so far as I can see you only have 2 actual usernames set up in the system.

If you try and login to those usernames more than once from two places, then the first one will be kicked out - which I assume is what is happening in your case.

I would recommend adding any additional user names that you need from Settings > User Management within to ensure 4 people can work at the same time.
