Automatic 'End-of-Day' Manifesting

We incur a charge if not manifested by 1700 hrs, could there be a way we could have a auto-manifest feature to be enabled to send the manifest data at a certain time?

I must say there is no way for the manifests to be submitted automatically unfortunately nor is there a workaround for this.
