ebay already have this function, you need to subsribe to seller manager pro
I agree - our old listing system allowed this. You just set it up to automate leaving positive feedback with one of a selection of random comments once the customer had paid and the item had been shipped. (Or you could alternatively choose to leave feedback after the customer had left positive for you). It just saves a job.
Automatic feedback facility would be very helpful!
I am thinking this should bea no brainer , with very little effort to deliver. API has the fields to send back Feedback in call already being made . Most use cases these days from sellers is to post some sort of canned thank you message and the mandatory positive on completion of sale. So all I think we need is a channel set on/off and canned message to post and a little bit of process logic and away we go !

The more involved leave feedback on receipt is also within the ebay API scope but probably usign a call System does not make yet so maybe a 2 phase approach to this request maybe to deliver first part quick and easy , and the later part on roadmap.

I must apologise if i'm overlooking this, however why not just use the built in feature in eBay itself?
Any update on this schedule since we have had plenty other features implemented now that have NO uservoice support ahead of this which is well supported and not a major feature to add.
Ebay already has this functionality built in and there are plenty of ebay apps that do this as well, I don't think this a good use of developer time.
What a total waste of developers time!!! Ebay already have this in place! If you are not sure how to use it pick up the phone and call ebay, takes 30 secs!!
Waste of dev time! Use eBay to do this.
I'd prefer as much as possible is managed in the one place - Linnworks!
Besides you could have a lot more control over feedback - personalising it somewhat depending on goods sold potentially - besides, I know £4.99 isn't much but if you add up all the selling manage pro subscriptions if you have multiple shops - we're paying £20 'just' so feedback is left automateically every month, that's £240 a year... I could buy a range of our favourite customer Christmas presents for that money!!
