Allow us to set a minimum order value per supplier, and a order multiple value per SKU

Ref purchase order module:

Some suppliers have minimum order values and it would be good to be able to see this on the purchase order form.

Also some SKUs are only available in multiples - eg packs of 4 in an export carton. It would be good to be able to see this information when creating a purchase order, and for LW to prevent an incorrect multiple from being entered
