When running the 'Stock Level Batch Update' import in automation for a specific supplier, there should be an option to tell Linnworks to set items which are not in the file to 0.
Just for that supplier.
Currently the import will update the stock levels of all items in the import file, but if the item is no longer available at the supplier, and so is not included in the import file, the import will leave the stock level the same rather than setting it to 0.
This leads to stock discrepancy.

Beware when using multiple stock imports.
When importing data from supplierA it doesn't contain data for supplierB; supplierB products must not be set to zero.
