The status should be Completed / Declined. We won't be adding Bin/rack to the EPOS screen as there is no where to display this information and search for items. Ability to load customer has been added and you can set different prices per EPOS location by using the EPOS location name in EPOS settings and creating a pricing record in the Stock Item Edit screen > Product Pricing Per Channel area.
