Allow the ability to "browse/add" photos from a 3rd party pictures hosts in html editor

Since it has been declined to add more photos directly to LinnLive perhaps there is a way to add a tool to browse and create the link to a 3rd party picture hose like flickr, picasa, photobucket or some other popular 3rd party picture host so it can be easily added to the description of a template

You can set any URL for picture in HTML Editor.
