allow BinRack variable to be put onto Purhchase Orders

When a delivery comes in, it would be nice if the staff knew exactly where the items go in the warehouse.

Especially if all of one suppliers products are not in the same area in the warehouse.

We use usually book in product manually by adjusting stocklevels; same problem there
This value should be listed at more places.

This has been implemented on to the Purchase order printing template however the bin rack will not show on the edit PO screen.

This will be released in one of the next patches.
