Would allow not duplicating listings if list on several eBay websites with international shipping. Can also help if you sell DVDs/Games etc to exclude locations that are not PAL compatible for example USA and Canada (NTSC) but still be able to ship to Brazil (PAL).

It simply would make shipping settings more customizable.
