Be able to refund an item through the EPOS without the receipt

If a customer returns a faulty item without their receipt we are currently unable to process this as a refund through the EPOS as we don't have their order number. We'd like the ability to scan an item barcode in to the refunds section of the EPOS to either bring up recent sales involving that item, or more simply just refund it without having to find the sale.

We also need to be able to process refunds without receipts as we have just switched to linnworks and so have many potential refunds todo but no Linnwork epos receipts to scan. Customers loose receipts all the time, I know I do this seems a little too rigid and not very helpful.
