When creating eBay listings, it is possible to autoselect subtitles using extended property EBAY_SUBTITLE. But there is no way you can delete/update subtitles in bulk. The only way to get rid of subtitles or edit them is to access each template in LL and manually remove/edit subtitles one by one.
