For shipping items containing Lithium batteries, previously we only need to stick a "Hazardous Declaration" label on the parcel. Now shipping companies are demanding hazardous information send to them electronically while the shipping label is generated , especially for international shipments. I contacted Linnworks support but the person who answered my ticket does not really understand this requirement, he keeps think it is sufficient to print a "Hazardous Declaration" label and sticking to the parcel, and offered advices on how to generate such label automatically in Linnworks.

To really address this issue, the "Lithium battery" information should be set up in the product details (inventory screen), this information can then be passed to couriers / royal mail while printing shipping labels.
