We use Freshdesk, its a ticketing system, and we use it to communicate with our Ebay & Amazon Customers.
In the Freshdesk Support Forums, They have lots of customers wanting Linnworks.
Freshdesk is a really good product and they use their own product to support their customers.
I hope that Linnworks can Integrate with Freshdesk Soon!
