If a payment is taken via PayPal's buttons, no item description is passed to Linnworks so you have no idea to what it relates without logging into PayPal. Item and quantity should be sent to Linnworks.

We also have this issue when we receive direct payments via PayPal, there should be more information passed over so we can determine what the payment is for.
