When selecting "Item Extended Properties", the extended property type should be defaulted to Attribute, since it is the most used option. Or at least allow setting the extended property type in the CSV file. Otherwise, selecting Attribute type for 20 extended properties is simply annoying, especially when you don't have any other types in the file.
