Pretty sure this is already possible (in .net at least)...
Setings -> Export Data -> New Export -> Export Type = 'Custom' -> Paste SQL -> Select export location/fields to export/schedule/etc

It would be a great feature to be able to save your customer Scripts in the drop down for the query data report. I know you can create an export but we dont give that functionality to all our staff.

Also, a way of mapping input variables into this would be good, because the people who use the custom queries are often not the people who write them.
