Can Linnworks please create a Twitter account to post status updates about availability about maintenance, system wide issues, etc etc
Our service is dead in the water this morning, no update from Linnworks until our staff start complaining and we have to get in touch with the helpdesk. We got an update email 90 mins after we first got the issue to be told 'There is an issue...'
