Live Chat add on feature on Standard package

Would love the ability to have an additional slight increase in monthly subscription to have live chat as an add on.

We would never go to pro just to use live chat as we would not use any of the extra features and £180 a month for live chat is too significant but certainly something between £10 and £20 a month as an add on would be considered

Especially within first 6 months to a year of subscription.

I suggest this is added as an add on option to the standard package. I believe many users would take you up on this offer.

Thanks for you post but I have to reject this idea as the main purpose of this platform is to share the ideas related to the product development not to the pricing plans structure. I have however forwarded your suggested to the relevant person.
