Currently it is not possible to add delivery instructions onto Parcelforce labels. Many of our customers request items to be left with neighbours, or at a particular house if they are not in. This is something that our customer use all the time, also when this information is put in the "Special Instructions" box then it alerts the delivery driver of the notes when they are delivering the parcel. It would be great if this is something that could be implemented.
