Indeed you are correct. Linnworks.net does not allow you to select Secondary Reference Number (which is Sales Order Reference in eBay) which prevents you from ordering by it.
I have now created a job based on this suggestion to bring it back into Linnworks.net

The suggestion is now in planning. Meaning we have scheduled it.
