In both Linnworks Desktop and Linnworks.net when making an Exchange the current Stock Level is displayed. For Linnworks.net I will put forward also displaying available level and On Order Level so that a decision can be made as to whether to this item should be selected or not for the exchange. With regards to restricting a user from selecting the item this will not be implemented as there are reasons such as extenal purchase ordering or made to order products that mean we couldnot impose this across the whole Linnworks community.

For your reference it is also possible to restrict Orders that contain Out-of-Stock items from being processed the the Order Settings
