Currently if you use Amazon FBA services some times they offer the customer a promotional postage rate. For example - we sell an item for £39.95 (Free delivery through fulfilment offered) However Amazon can sometimes charge the customer a postage charge of £4.20 then remove this as a promtional postage however when the you produce a sync the CSV file that is exported does not take into account for the promotional postage and when the order gets download from the CSV file to Sage through Tradebox it contains the promotional postage charge, meaning some of the orders through Fulfilment are incorrect causing an issue with higher Vat chargers and also it shows that you have made more money on the product that you have.
