The Linnworks.net feature of importing data via a FTP server has an issue when we are only given access to particular folders in the FTP directory. For example, the supplier provides us a with company folder within a main folder. Other companies data appear in the same folder. However, those folders are hidden for security purposes.



It does not allow us to add in a remote directory.



It also defaults the Port to 21 and this interferes with the file path name.



Can this please be fixed as soon as possible.
