flag up notes on processed order screen or flag/black mark certain customers

If we have a problem with a customer its nice to look them up on processed orders and see their history. The old saying that lightening never strikes the same place twice has a lot going for it. We have a lot of repeat custom and its great to be able to add internal notes to customers orders but would be fantastic if we could see at a glance if there are any notes (or black marks as we call them) on a customers order history. This was a very useful feature when we used Channel grabber and over the last 5 years has helped us to expose a number of online scammers and credit card fraudsters.
