There have indeed been some issues in downloading Amazon order last week that might have caused the order issues you have described.
The issues have been resolved and the Amazon orders should now be downloaded without any issues.

FBA orders appear to be a complete mess this morning! Orders showing with no items (which have been cancelled at Amazon, but not reflected in Linnworks). Website orders submitted for fulfilment by Amazon show label errors (e.g. this order already exists) - even though the order has been despatched by Amazon.
Can it now be assumed that Linnworks probably has faulty data, so everything must be checked manually????
