Directional pickwave can be configured to require the picker to scan SKU, product barcode or product identifier to mark it as picked, instead of entering the quantity or marking the entire step as picked.
To configure Linnworks to require directional pickwave item scan:
- In Linnworks go to Settings
- Linnworks Mobile
- Pickwave section
- Check Force Item Scan
