Scenario
I want to change the Return Address on the Royal Mail label, but I cannot see where this information can be adjusted.
Solution
In certain cases (for example, the warehouse moved to another location), there is a requirement to change the return address that is being displayed on the label. To adjust this, go to Shipping > Integrations > Royal Mail > Config > scroll down till Shipping Label Return Address > and here you can change the address to another one and Save the changes:
The solution applies to both Royal Mail OBA and Royal Mail Tracked.
