Problem
I have tried printing a DHL Express shipping label and am seeing an error returned:
Error: Some elements of the address are not recognised. Please check the address at http://dct.dhl.com/
Solution
The error indicates that the selected service can not be used for the order's destination. Please use 'Get Quotes' feature to see which services are available. (Right-click > Action > Shipping > Get Quotes)
Another reason for the error might be that some fields of the Shipping and/or Biilling address are entered not in the way that DHL Express expects them - most commonly the issue relates to town, region or postcode fields, which can be checked via https://dct.dhl.com/
