I have tried printing a  (New) Amazon Shipping label and am seeing an error returned: 

The shipping service that you are trying to use for this shipment is not available on Amazon. Service: *****. Ineligibility Reasons: Does Not Meet Promised Delivery Date.


This error message means that there are mismatches between collection schedules filled out in the (New) Amazon Shipping Integration and the Amazon expected collection times.

To fix this error message, please go to Shipping > Integrations > (New) Amazon Shipping > Config and remove all values from the Optional Collection Times, so they would remain blank:

With the above set up every time the label will be printed in Linnworks, Amazon will calculate the collection and delivery times automatically based on the label printing time.
