Problem

I have tried printing a UPS shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

120218: Missing or Invalid ShipTo tax identification. TaxID may not exceed a length of 15 

Solution

The error means that the Tax Identification field is empty in the UPS config: Linnworks.net > Shipping > Integrations > Config. 

TaxID value may not exceed a length of 15 digits.
