Problem

I have tried printing a DHL shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

LoginCredentials: 100: Validation Failure:Site Id is wrong. 

Solution

To make sure the correct Site ID and Password are being used, please check the following:

• Confirm all three prerequisites for the integration have been completed here.
  
  
• Make sure you received the production User ID and password by email. Sometimes DHL provides test credentials instead, so production access may need to be requested from the DHL Account Manager.
  
  
• Check with the DHL Account Manager that there are no duplicate or inactive registrations in the backend, as these can cause conflicts. In some cases, multiple submissions are made, and only one is approved, leaving others inactive.
