The Dashboards option on the lefthand side menu in Linnworks.net provides a list of basic Dashboards reporting most commonly needed data based on your account information that can be useful for keeping track of the general status of your business.
Primary Dashboard
The Primary Dashboard is designed to provide 'at a glance' information about the current status of your business. With 4 panels it covers sales, stock alerts, and sales levels. Full details, Selection Criteria and Reported Values of the 4 panels are available here.
Financial Summary
The Financial Summary is used to give an overview of The financial status of the business. It summarises Sales, Refunds, Purchases and Stock Value. Where an entry has a magnifying glass icon next to it, this will display additional information. Full details, Selection Criteria and Reported Values are available here.
Stock Item History
This dashboard shows the change in stock level and value in a location over time. The report will show how the stock changes occurred with any reference numbers from orders, purchase orders or warehouse transfers, as appropriate. Stock Consumption
This dashboard shows the stock consumption of the given item for the given time period. It compares the amount of stock, stock value and stock shipped to customers graphically. Full details, Selection Criteria and Reported Values are available here.
Inventory Dashboard
This dashboard shows an overview of the stock levels and value on a per-location basis. It can be further broken down by stock item category. Full details, Selection Criteria and Reported Values are available here.
Order Dashboard
The Order Dashboard is a quick overview of all current open orders in your Linnworks system. By default, the dashboard will show data broken down by order source, but it can also display based on shipping country or postal service assigned.
