Dispatch Console in Linnworks Mobile can be configured to require the user to scan every single item on the order before the order can be processed. If the option is turned on, the Dispatch Console will not allow the user to process the order until the exact quantity of items have been scanned and will display Order requires scanning all items 



To turn Scan Required:

  • Go to Linnworks -> Settings > Order Settings
  • Error Prevention section
  • Order Item Scanning


Dispatch Console allows scanning:

  • Item barcode
  • SKU (optionally - can be configured in Settings)
  • Product Identifier (optionally can be configured in Settings)
