Dispatch Console in Linnworks Mobile scanning is enabled for:
- Order Id
- Shipping Tracking Number (leading tracking number, where the shipping label has been generated for an order)
- Pickwave Id
- TOTE
- SKU
- Barcode
If we scan, Pickwave Id, TOTE, SKU, or Barcode, multiple orders might be found. Dispatch console will show the orders in their relevant sequence order to be processed in and after processing one order, the dispatch console will move to the next order to process. You can also move forward and backward across the sequence by swiping the dispatch console order processing screen. The number of dots at the bottom of the screen represents the number of orders in a sequence.
