A lot of generic (noname) handheld scanners come in IPDA custom build form (munbyn, iscanTx and many more, basically if its not honeywell or zebra it's probably one of these).
To configure a generic scanner to be able to scan barcodes in Linnworks Mobile follow the instructions below:
- Go to your apps
- Select Scanner
- Ensure Output mode is set to keyboard mode
- Set Enter Key in the Additional content
