To configure Zebra handheld Android based devices to be able to scan barcodes in Linnworks Mobile follow the instruction below

  1. Go to application on your phone
  2. Find DataWedge
  3. Select default profile (normally it will be called Profile0) 
  4. Enable Keystroke output
  5. Set Inter character delay to 5ms
  6. Set Key Event delay to 5ms
  7. Go to Basic data formatting (within Keystroke output section, a little further down)
  8. Make sure the following things are enabled:
    1. Enabled data formatting
    2. Send Data
    3. Send ENTER key
