Problem

I am using Light and Large service with EVRi, but cannot see it as an available service in the integration service dropdown list

Solution

You need to ensure the Light and Large service is enabled/supported by your EVRi account and check that correct dimensions and weight are added to the orders. 

Anything above the following weight and dimensions will be then counted as Light and Large by EVRi and the correct label will be returned:
