Problem

There is an additional label getting printed after every Royal Mail label that says "BLANK PAGE" at the top:

Cause

The extra label will only print in the following scenario:

- Duplex Printer option is enabled in Printer config.

- The label is printed to either PDF or to a regular thermal printer that does not support duplex printing.

Solution

a) Duplex printer setting will need to be disabled for the user who is printing (or for the Default setting) via Linnworks.net > Shipping > Integrations > Royal Mail > Printer: 

b) An actual duplex printer would need to be used that will support printing on both sides of the label, and the label would need to be printed directly to that printer using Virtual Printer client.

Additional information

If there are blank labels being printed after each shipping label, but they do not have the 'BLANK PAGE' written at the top, it would indicate that the printer preferences have not been set up correctly. Please review this guide to see how to set up your thermal printer.
