How can I change Amazon shipping carrier

Everytime I process orders the shipping information shows up as a NONE, I  need it to show that post is sent via 2nd class royal mail, how can I add this information please

By default, orders are downloaded with Default shipping service (NONE Vendor). In order to assign shipping services to your orders automatically, you will need to set up the shipping mapping in the channel integration. Where basically you can configure Linnworks to map the selected channel shipping method to a postal service that you have added to Linnworks.You can find a step by step guide about shipping mapping in the following link: https://www.linnworks.com/support/settings/channel-integration/shipping-mapping/ 

Please note that this will only apply to new downloaded orders. If the order has already been downloaded you can edit the shipping details by right-clicking the order > Action > Bulk change > Change shipping method. If the order has already been processed it's not possible to edit it.


Alternatively, you can consider using Rules Engines to assign a specific shipping service. More information about setting up Rules Engine can be found here: https://www.linnworks.com/support/order-book/rules-engine/
