Dear Linnworks support team,
I received an email that my token is about to expire.
I've followed the on screen instructions and it keep asking me to go to step 2 to log in to ebay and authorize the request from Linnworks.
On ebay settings I can see that it is already authorized but on Linnworks channel integration page it keeps telling me that it is not authorized.
Please let me know what am I doing wrong or how to fix this problem.
After I go through the process I get this message and then over and over again:

Please make sure that when you go through the Re/authorize process, you log in with an email instead of username into the eBay when it will ask you to do so and when you need to enter the Username on the second step verification you are typing exactly the same Username which is specified on your eBay account - Personal Settings.
It is urgent, there is no sync between my ebay account and fulfillment center. My orders are not going through right now. Please help to fix ASAP.

I am being redirected to the ebay.com website and not the ebay.de but when I go to my account on ebay.de i can see the authorization to Linnworks.
What can be the problem?

I managed to solve it somehow.
Could you please tell me how can I link all orders that weren't synced from yesterday?
Go into the Settings - Channel Integration - Edit channel details - Order and change date under the 'Order sync date [UTC]' from 21 Mar 2019 to 20 Mar 2019 then save changes and wait for the sync. Orders should be picked up with a next execution, process may take ≈ 15 minutes;
