Amazon Vendor Central Direct fulfillment Integration

Hello,

I've been told by support that there is no way to integrate Amazon Vendor direct fulfillment orders with Linnworks and that the best way to request it becomes possible is to post in these forums.

Currently the only way I can see to manage Vendor Central is manually inputting orders (copy and paste addresses, select product etc) from the platform into Linnworks on a daily basis. With the volume that we hope to see through Vendor Central this is not even close to a realistic option.

I assume we're not the only people that find this almost essential.

If anyone has any ideas of how to manage Vendor central orders and stock levels until Linnworks integration becomes possible it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Ashley.

I would also favour this, please make some action to development for this as I can see a number of requests regarding this.

We also need this integration now.

We also need this.  This seems to be a duplicate of https://help.linnworks.com/support/discussions/topics/7000009075 (or vice versa)

FYI see attached screenshot, we are using their Download button (top right on the Amazon Vendor Central orders page) to download all Unshipped orders, then import that file into LW as in the screenshot.  It does mean we have to copy the CSV onto our web server so the LW import process can request it from there.

We are left with the problem of getting those orders' Tracking Numbers back up to Amazon in an automated fashion, haven't cracked that nut yet.

If you are looking for an automatic solution to manage your vendor central orders/shipping labels/packing slips, please visit www.vendorauto.com. With Vendor Automation, you will be able to group the shipping labels and packing slips by products so your warehouse workers can easily process the orders for the same product in a batch. Also this software will print the shipping labels to a pdf. You can easily hand over the pdf to your employees without having them in charge of your vendor central account

Hi Peter, we are doing a similar method to yourselves although we manually edit the CSV file that comes out of vendor before uploading it. The file that we pull from vendor only has 1 line of warehouse address? Are you using a different file? Also what is your schedule for the import? Does LW check your server every so often?

i do not want to advertise linnworks competitors here, but the following solutions works with amazon vendor:

https://www.cin7.com/software/integrations/app-store-retailers/amazon-vendor-edi-connection/

http://dearsystems.com/inventory-software/crossfire-edi/

i did look at them, and thought long and hard if i should move away from linnworks, but in the end i haplessly decided to stick to linnworks

Did anyone find a viable solution to this issue yet?

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thank you
