Problem

I have tried printing a DHL Parcel UK shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

Error: Validation failed. Account EORI Number is invalid. 

Solution

Please ensure an EORI number is added directly to your account number on the DHL Parcel UK website (iPostParcels). Please contact your Account manager if you are unsure where the EORI needs to be added. It is not possible to pass the Sender's EORI number from Linnworks (only possible for Recipient EORI).
