Problem
I have tried printing an EVRi Business shipping label and am seeing an error returned:
invalid_property: Weight value is unsupported for the Customer: parcelDetails.weightKg
Solution
This error means that the maximum weight limit of 15 kg per package has been exceeded. In order to get rid of the error, please use the split packaging option:
Open Orders > right click > Actions > Shipping > Split packaging
