Problem

I have tried printing a DHL Parcel UK shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

Unable to book a collection. No collection number has been returned.  

Solution

This error means that there are no collection times specified for the integration. Please specify the collection times in DHL Parcel UK config via Linnworks.net > Shipping > Integrations > Config > Manage Daily Collections > Click Here.
