Problem

I have tried printing a DHL Parcel UK shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

Incorrect label count: 0 

Solution

The error is returned when DHL Parcel UK API is sending an empty response to an attempt to print a shipping label. Please try to reprint the shipping label once again, and the error should no longer be returned. If the error still persists, please contact Technical Support for further assistance.
