Problem

I have tried printing a Deutsche Post shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

Value '' is not one of declared properties for field 'shipmentNaturetype'

Solution

The error is being returned because there is no value for the Shipment Type. 

To fix this, you can use one of the methods below:

• Integration-specific value
  
  Go to Shipping > Integrations > Config > pick the desired Shipment Type > Save changes:
  
  
  This method is suitable if the Shipment Type is the same for each Service.

• Service-specific value
  
  Go to Shipping > Integrations > Services > Edit the Service in question > pick the desired Shipment Type > Save changes.
  
  
  This method is suitable if the Shipment Type is different per each Service.

After the changes are done, try to print the label once more.
