After adding DHL Parcel UK shipping integration to Linnworks, the services are not loading in the 'Services' tab, and an error 'Could not get available services' is returned:
Double-check that credentials entered in the integration config in Linnworks can be used to log in to the iConsign website.?
If the credentials work, but upon login, there is an error that no accounts are assigned, please contact DHL Parcel UK and ask them to add the accounts.
In case if credentials used for DHL Parcel UK in Linnworks do not work, please try to reset the password directly on iConsign or contact DHL Parcel UK and ask them to set up access to the iConsign website.
