When integrating DHL Express into Linnworks, you might get the error message that the account number is not recognized. 


This may be caused by the fact that the account is not registered for XML services. Please fill in a registration form here:

Please make sure that you will have Requestor Type set to 'Customer', all Requestor Services are selected and application description is set to "Linnworks".

Note for International DHL accounts

If there is still an issue after filling the form, please contact your DHL account manager and ask them to make sure the account will be enabled in the UAT environment.
