When integrating DHL Express into Linnworks, you might get the error message that the account number is not recognized. 


This may be caused by the fact that the account is not registered for XML services. Please fill in a registration form here:

Please make sure that you will select the 'I require credentials to DHL Express – MyDHL API for an existing plugin/ecommerce platform/third-party solution' for the 'How would you like to use the API?' question. In the new field that appears (Requestor Platform Name), please specify 'Linnworks'

Note for International DHL accounts

If there is still an issue after filling the form, please contact your DHL account manager and ask them to make sure the account will be enabled in the UAT environment.
